We are absolutely thrilled with our new boiler! We had a major leak on Sunday which we managed to temporarily stop. I made some enquiries, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, however Holly responded on the same day, Sunday!! She took all the information she needed, made her recommendations and organised for Steve to come and install our new boiler on Thursday!! Steves work is very neat and efficient and also he removed the old boiler which weighed a tonne!! No more leaks, very efficient boiler, great all round service and very happy customers!! Thank you!! 🙂

Heating and Hot Water System Conversion to Combi Boiler

We received a great service from Stephen and Holly for our new Worcester Bosch boiler installation. Holly answered all our questions promptly and Stephen was quick to visit our home and provide a quote and options for a new boiler and smart thermostat. Stephen removed all of our old tanks and boiler and installed the new boiler over 2 full days. He advised us of problems with our existing wiring and alternatives which we agreed to. New Boiler & Central Heating System Modification

Stephen changed our conventional boiler to a combi boiler and modified the system to suit. Stephen was very courteous from day one explaining everything very clearly and looked at different options for us, he obviously has very good knowledge and has a passion for his work. Great communication from Holly at the back office. Job completed in two days. Very tidy and efficient worker. Would highly recommend.

Replace gravity fed boiler with new combi boiler 

Steve and his colleague were great to deal with. Replaced old gravity fed boiler with new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Job completed same day. Worked late on another job to get to us on the day we needed them – v grateful for that. Tidied up after. Considerate (put sheets down etc), very pleasant, explained everything clearly. Obviously very knowledgeable. Really nice guys. I would highly recommend them and if we move I will definitely be using them again. Excellent. Thank you so much!!

New Combi Boiler, 4 Double Radiators and 3 Single Radiators

I had Stephen to come and give us a quote for a new combi boiler and 2 new double rads…He turned up the following day after contacting him and was very helpful and respectful and knew what he was talking about. His quote was the cheapest and for a far better boiler…His wife was also very helpful when speaking to her on the phone.. On the day the work was being done Stephen with his workers were here by 8-30am and they never stopped at all…they laid dust sheets down to protect my carpets and flooring.. Stephen knew what had to be done and did and excellent job.. once the boiler and rads were fitted they cleaned up any mess and then talked to us about how to use the controls..All i can say is what a brilliant and excellent job he did and he is a credit .. Its so nice to see there are decent honest hard working trade people still about.. Stephen thank you once again for a wonderful job done   southy_81

New boiler & 2 additional radiators

Moved into a new property and after 2 weeks the boiler and gas fire were both condemned by British Gas, so you can imagine it was a worrying time. Steve (a lovely guy) came out within a couple of days and the job was completed soon after. We were so pleased with the services we received from Steve, his apprentice Jack and his partner Holly who helps run a tight ship.

Communication was excellent throughout, price was extremely competitive, and the job was carried out to a superb standard. Had no problem adding additional bits – including a couple of extra new radiators. He was also very knowledgeable about how we could heat our extension at the back of the property (his suggestion has worked a treat). Everything was fully explained including a great demo of the funky wireless thermostat! Oh and the warranty is also excellent (7 years).

I have no hesitation in recommending Flow-Right – you won’t be disappointed.
